- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter natural, unsweetened
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips vegan
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
