Main Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or any sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Stir well until everything is mixed thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to a jar or container.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Enjoy cold in the morning. Optionally, top with fruits or nuts.
