  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, cornstarch, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually whisk in almond milk until smooth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour into serving dishes and let cool.
