  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (vegan)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
  3. Shake the pot occasionally until popping slows down.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the popcorn.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt over the popcorn and toss to coat.
