Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Almond Flour
  • 0.25 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 0.25 cup Maple Syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut Oil, melted

Filling

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk, full-fat
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips vegan
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add dark chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture and stir well.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
