Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (carrots, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the bean sprouts and soy sauce, stir well.
  5. Mix the cornstarch with water and add to the wok along with the vegetable broth. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
