  • 1 cup Carrot greens, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
