- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- ½ teaspoon Salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
