Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and garlic.
Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
Assemble tacos by placing shrimp, red cabbage, and avocado on each tortilla. Serve immediately.
