Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Avocado diced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and garlic.
  2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing shrimp, red cabbage, and avocado on each tortilla. Serve immediately.
