- 6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Toss to coat the apples evenly.
Transfer the apple mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until well combined.
Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
