Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup Almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the almond milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in the raisins.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
