Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm almond milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions 

  1. Mix yeast and warm almond milk. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, melted coconut oil, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour until a dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes.
  4. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out dough, spread with coconut oil, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
