Instructions
Mix yeast and warm almond milk. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Add sugar, melted coconut oil, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add flour until a dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes.
Let dough rise for 1 hour.
Roll out dough, spread with coconut oil, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls.
Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
