- 4 medium Sweet Potatoes peeled and cubed

- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, ground cinnamon, and salt until evenly coated.
Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
