Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl

  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon sugar into the batter.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
