  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee

Instructions 

  1. Heat almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
  2. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until frothy.
  4. Divide the brewed coffee between two mugs.
  5. Pour the frothy almond milk mixture over the coffee.
  6. Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon if desired.
