Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 orange, segmented
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, massage the chopped kale with olive oil and lemon juice until tender.
Add the diced avocado, orange segments, red onion, and toasted almonds.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss everything together and serve immediately.
