Salad Ingredients
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced oranges, fennel, and avocados.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Toss gently to combine.
5. Serve immediately.
