A refreshing and simple vegan citrus fruit salad.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pcs Oranges peeled and sliced
- 2 pcs Grapefruits peeled and sliced
- 1 pcs Lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Mint Leaves chopped
1. Peel and slice the oranges and grapefruits.
2. Place the sliced fruit in a mixing bowl.
3. Add the lemon juice and maple syrup to the bowl.
4. Gently toss to combine.
5. Garnish with chopped mint leaves before serving.
