Instructions
1. Peel the citrus fruits and cut the peels into thin strips.
2. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil.

4. Remove the peels from the syrup and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to dry.
5. Let the peels dry for a few hours or overnight before serving.
