Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 Avocados diced
- 1 Orange juiced
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
3. In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and cooked shrimp.
4. Toss everything gently to mix. Serve immediately.
