Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Croutons

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Capers chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until smooth.
  2. 2. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
