Classic Restaurant Caesar Salad Recipe

Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tablespoon Capers chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until smooth.
2. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
