Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. 2. Spread vegan mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Layer the lettuce, tomato, and avocado on two slices of bread.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  6. 6. Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately.
