Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- 1 cup Avocado diced
- ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup Vegan bacon bits
- ¼ cup Vegan ranch dressing
1. Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced avocado, and thinly sliced red onion to the bowl.
3. Sprinkle the vegan bacon bits over the salad.
4. Drizzle with vegan ranch dressing and toss gently to combine.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
