Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • cup Maple syrup
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, chopped almonds, and shredded coconut.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.
  7. Let the granola cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
