- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit for topping optional
In a bowl, mix chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir again before serving.
Top with fresh fruit if desired.
