  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour the thickened mixture into a baking dish and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
