Filling

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crust ingredients and press into a tart pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes.
Whisk filling ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
Pour filling into crust and bake for 15 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
