- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- ¼ cup Chia Seeds
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Lime Zest
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, lime zest, and vanilla extract.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
