  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ½ cup Coconut cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Agar-agar powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lime zest
  • ¼ cup Lime juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar, and agar-agar powder. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. 2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into ramekins and let it cool to room temperature.
  4. 4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
