Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Lime zest
1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sugar, water, lime juice, and lime zest. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
3. Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Scoop and enjoy!
