  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sugar, water, lime juice, and lime zest. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  3. 3. Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Scoop and enjoy!
