  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
