Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut milk Full-fat
- 3 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 cup Mango Diced
- 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Layer the chia pudding and diced mango in serving glasses.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
