  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Coconut milk full-fat for creaminess
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine oats, coconut milk, and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add diced mango, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mango is soft and the oatmeal is creamy.
  5. Serve hot, optionally topped with extra mango slices and a drizzle of coconut milk.
