Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Heat coconut milk, sugar, and agar-agar in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour mixture into molds.
  5. Let cool, then refrigerate until set.
  6. Top with mango puree before serving.
