Instructions
Heat coconut milk, sugar, and agar-agar in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract.
Pour mixture into molds.
Let cool, then refrigerate until set.
Top with mango puree before serving.
