  • 2 ripe mangoes peeled and sliced

  1. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear. Soak it in water for at least 1 hour, then drain.
  2. Steam the rice for about 20-25 minutes until tender.
  3. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Mix the cooked rice with the coconut milk mixture. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. Serve the sticky rice with sliced mangoes on top.
