  • 8 oz Dark Chocolate chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
  2. 2. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Let it sit for a minute.
  3. 3. Whisk until smooth and glossy. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. 4. Let it cool slightly before using or refrigerate for later use.
