  • 2 cups Shredded Coconut unsweetened
  • 4 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. Add shredded coconut and water to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth into a bowl.
  4. Squeeze the cheesecloth to extract all the liquid.
  5. Store the coconut milk in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
