- 2 cups Shredded Coconut unsweetened
- 4 cups Water
Add shredded coconut and water to a blender.
Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth into a bowl.
Squeeze the cheesecloth to extract all the liquid.
Store the coconut milk in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
