  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture is creamy, about 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the vanilla extract. Serve warm or chilled.
