Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Coconut flakes unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the coconut flakes.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
