A creamy, vegan dessert made with coconut milk and agar-agar.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk 400 ml
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon agar-agar powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit for topping optional
In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and agar-agar powder.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour mixture into molds and let cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Serve with fresh fruit if desired.
