Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk 400 ml
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon agar-agar powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit for topping optional

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and agar-agar powder.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour mixture into molds and let cool to room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Serve with fresh fruit if desired.
