Coconut Pineapple Sorbet
A refreshing vegan sorbet made with coconut milk and pineapple.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 2 cups Pineapple chunks frozen
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice fresh
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
5. Scoop and serve.
