  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, maple syrup, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
