Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger powder

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium heat and add the coconut oil.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Stir well.
  4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
