  • 2 cups Brewed coffee strong
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Agar-agar powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine brewed coffee and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. 2. Add agar-agar powder and whisk continuously until it dissolves completely.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into molds or cups and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. 6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
