Coleslaw Ingredients
- ½ head Green Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Carrots shredded
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
