Collard Greens Bacon Recipe
A vegan twist on the classic collard greens with bacon.

Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch collard greens washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add collard greens and cook until they start to wilt, about 5 minutes.
Pour in vegetable broth, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until greens are tender.
