Main Ingredients
- 1 unit red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 unit yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 unit green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 unit red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 unit zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add bell peppers and zucchini, cook until tender.
Add cherry tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm.
