- 2 cups Dried beans any variety
- 4 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1. Rinse the beans thoroughly under cold water.
2. In a large pot, add the beans and water.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
4. Cook for about 60 minutes or until beans are tender.
5. Add salt to taste and stir well.
