Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • ¾ cup Vegetable Broth

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and ground black pepper.
  2. Add the soy sauce and vegetable broth to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for a few minutes to develop the gluten.
  4. Shape the dough into sausage links.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausages for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
