Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpeas cooked
  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked
  • 1 cup Carrots grated
  • ½ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, quinoa, carrots, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
